Step 1 : Click on the "I REPAIR" button and choose the category of the part you wish to repair.
Step 2 : Complete the Repairables form.
Step 3 : Clean and send your part for repair free of charge using a shipping label.
Step 4 : Monitor your emails to answer any questions your seamstress may have.
Step 5 : Wait 7 to 10 days to receive your favorite piece as good as new!
