Modify or cancel my order
Once your order has been validated, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
However, you have 21 days to make an exchange or refund.
Pre-orders
Some of your products are listed as "Pre-order" and not "Add to cart" on the product sheet when adding to cart. This means that the product in question is on pre-order and that delivery times are extended.
Production is in progress and delivery will take place on the date indicated on the product sheet.
Standard delivery times will therefore not be respected.
However, please note that payment will be effective at the time of validation of the basket, as for a classic order because we reserve the item for you.
If you order 2 or more products, and one of them is on pre-order, we will wait for all the products to ship your order. If you want your order to be delivered separately, you can contact us at hello@chichicastelnango.com
Restocking
In order not to overproduce and to aim correctly, we have always done our utmost to predict your favorites and establish the most accurate forecasts possible.
In this logic of thoughtful production, we will always prefer to offer you restocking when our treasures become out of stock.
To be informed of these restocks, you can subscribe to the availability alert on the product sheets concerned.

Gift cards
Gift cards are payment methods valid only on www.chichicastelnango.com and in our store at 37 rue de Poitou, 75003 Paris.
Whether physical or electronic, they are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money, including in the event of loss, theft, damage or expiry.
In case of partial use, the remaining balance of the gift card can be used for future purchases within the limit of its validity period.
Any card not used before its expiration date will be automatically deactivated and the balance will be forfeited.
Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise stated.

- Please generate your return request here
- Place the item in sturdy packaging.
- Attach the return label to your package. The return address is already indicated on the prepaid label, so all you have to do is drop off your package. Please note that the return costs will be deducted upon receipt of the package.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, with the labels and hygienic protections intact, in perfect condition, unworn, free from dirt, deterioration, and without the smell of perfume.
A rigorous check will be carried out by us.
If we find that the product is not in the condition in which it was sent to you, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
A photo of the findings will be sent to you, and the product received, damaged, stained or defective, will be returned to you.
We do this out of common sense and kindness towards our future customers, in order to guarantee that each returned product meets the expected quality standards.
You can also make an exchange or issue a credit.
To get it all, we'll give you an extra 10% , re-credited immediately.
However, if the new order placed with this credit does not suit you and you wish to have it refunded, we will refund the amount initially paid.

Once your return is received, our team will do everything possible to process it as quickly as possible.
We open your packages one by one and this may take a little time.
You will receive an email informing you that your package has been received and confirming the refund, exchange or issue of a credit note.
From this confirmation message and if you have requested a refund, it will be effective within 5 to 10 working days.
The credit will be available immediately after receiving the message.

How much does a return cost?
The shipping costs incurred for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return request is completed, you will receive a pre-paid return label.
Upon receipt of your package, the return costs (amounting to €6) will be deducted from the refund.

For our bodysuits or one-piece swimsuits, we now offer two sizes: standard size and Tall size.
For more comfort, we recommend size Tall if you are 170cm or taller.

Le Club Chichi est notre programme de fidélité.
Chaque euro dépensé sur le site ou en boutique vous donne 1 point.
Vous pouvez également gagner des points en renseignant le jour de votre anniversaire ou en suivant notre compte Instagram.
Vous pouvez ensuite échanger vos points contre des réductions.
Pour en profiter il faut impérativement créer un compte client et vous connecter.
À quoi correspondent les différents statuts ?
Votre statut est déterminé par le montant total dépensé au cours des 12 derniers mois :
Le grade « Idylle » est le statut standard, lorsque vous créez un compte.
- Pour atteindre le statut « Crush », vous devez dépenser 150€ minimum.
- Pour atteindre le statut « Amour Fou », vous devez dépenser 400€ minimum.
Une fois les conditions remplies, vous passerez au statut supérieur et pourrez bénéficier des avantages de ce statut pendant les 12 prochains mois.
J’ai passé une commande en tant qu’invité.e, est-ce que j’aurai quand même accès au programme de fidélité ?
Malheureusement non. Il est obligatoire d’avoir créé un compte client au préalable et de vous être connecté pour en profiter.
Est-ce que mes points expirent ?
Oui, chaque année au 1er janvier.
Est-il possible de donner mes points à une autre personne ?
Non, votre compte est strictement personnel.
Que se passe-t-il en cas d'échange ou de remboursement ?
Si vous retournez ou annulez l'intégralité de votre commande, vos points seront automatiquement annulés.
Si vous retournez ou annulez une partie de votre commande, les points des articles concernés seront déduits.
En revanche, les points des articles conservés seront bien crédités.

Your jewelry is guaranteed for 3 months. Repair of a piece of jewelry under warranty is free.
