What is Chichi Club?

Club Chichi is our loyalty program.
Every euro spent on the site or in store gives you 1 point.
You can also earn points by entering your birthday or following our Instagram account.

You can then exchange your points for discounts.
To take advantage of this, you must create a customer account and log in.

What do the different statuses correspond to?

Your status is determined by the total amount spent in the last 12 months:
The “Idyll” rank is the standard status, when you create an account.

  • To reach “Crush” status, you must spend at least €150.
  • To reach the “Amour Fou” status, you must spend at least €400.

Once the conditions are met, you will move to the next higher status and will be able to benefit from the advantages of this status for the next 12 months.

I placed an order as a guest, will I still have access to the loyalty program?

Unfortunately not. It is mandatory to have created a customer account beforehand and to have logged in to benefit from it.

Do my points expire?

Yes, every year on January 1st.

Is it possible to give my points to another person?

No, your account is strictly personal.

What happens in the event of an exchange or refund?

If you return or cancel your entire order, your points will be automatically canceled.

If you return or cancel any part of your order, points for the affected items will be deducted.
On the other hand, the points of the saved articles will be credited.

You can view the details of your points history by accessing your customer area.

Do all online purchases or in-store visits earn points?

Yes, all your purchases earn points except those made with a gift card.

You can check your points and potential rewards at any time in your customer area.

How do I use my promo codes?

To use your discount points, simply go to your customer area.

From 100 points acquired, you can exchange your points for discount vouchers.
These discount vouchers are valid for 1 year from 60€.

Modify or cancel my order

Once your order has been validated, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

However, you have 21 days to make an exchange or refund.

Pre-orders

Some of your products are listed as "Pre-order" and not "Add to cart" on the product sheet when adding to cart. This means that the product in question is on pre-order and that delivery times are extended.

Production is in progress and delivery will take place on the date indicated on the product sheet.

Standard delivery times will therefore not be respected.
However, please note that payment will be effective at the time of validation of the basket, as for a classic order because we reserve the item for you.

Restocking

In order not to overproduce and to aim correctly, we have always done our utmost to predict your favorites and establish the most accurate forecasts possible.

In this logic of thoughtful production, we will always prefer to offer you restocking when our treasures become out of stock.

To be informed of these restocks, you can subscribe to the availability alert on the product sheets concerned.
You may also be able to benefit from customer feedback through this.

Gift cards

Gift cards are payment methods valid only on www.chichicastelnango.com and in our store at 37 rue de Poitou, 75003 Paris.

Whether physical or electronic, they are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money, including in the event of loss, theft, damage or expiry.

In case of partial use, the remaining balance of the gift card can be used for future purchases within the limit of its validity period.
Any card not used before its expiration date will be automatically deactivated and the balance will be forfeited.

Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise stated.

From this confirmation message and if you have requested a refund, it will be effective within 5 to 10 working days.

For our bodysuits or one-piece swimsuits, we now offer two sizes: standard size and Tall size.

For more comfort, we recommend size Tall if you are 170cm or taller.

Repair

Your jewelry is guaranteed for 3 months. Repair of a piece of jewelry under warranty is free.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, oxidation of brass jewelry (the composition of the products is indicated on each product sheet), jewelry that has suffered deterioration due to handling error, abnormal use or intentional modifications.
