Since its beginnings 9 years ago, Chichi Castelnango has grown a lot.
Mathilde and Victoire, the two co-founding sisters, continue to develop the brand in the right direction, with passion and ambition.
The time of the Parisian apartment in which the first sketches were born and the first orders were sent is long gone. Now, the brand is proud to collaborate with ever more loyal partners, new European workshops, a close-knit team of 10 women who work hand in hand and to have a first boutique in the heart of Paris in addition to dozens of resellers throughout France and Europe.

Proximity a priority
Our lingerie and swimwear collections are dreamed up, designed and developed in our offices in the heart of Paris.
It is then under the Moroccan and Tunisian sun that the magic happens. All our swimsuits and underwear are made in our partner workshops, audited each year and labeled.

We are committed to being loyal to our partners, which is why for all our lingerie and swimwear pieces we have worked with the same workshop since our beginnings.
Workshop audited every year, BSCI certified (which ensures workers' rights and working conditions) and labeled GRS (guaranteeing recycled textiles in compliance with environmental and social criteria) and GOTS (certification which ensures the organic status of the textile fibers used and assures customers that the entire production chain complies with strict environmental rules).

Ever-increasing demands placed on our materials
We take particular care in choosing our materials, which are mainly French or European, Oeko-Tex and GRS certified.
Calais lace for our Zanzibar lingerie, Swiss embroidery for our new Essentia collection and swimsuits made with recycled materials from plastic bottles, as soon as possible we offer you materials sourced from suppliers renowned for their French or European know-how, and always more respectful of the environment at a fair price.
Whenever possible, we also favor materials whose dyes are made without water and are eco-responsible.

Aim right and don’t overproduce
We have always done our utmost to predict your favorites and establish the most accurate forecasts possible.
A new shape of swimsuit, a new print or just a preference between panties or a thong, it's difficult to always aim right for our product purchases.
So when we make a mistake, we will always prefer to offer you restocking when our treasures are out of stock and end-of-sale sales.

In a thoughtful production approach, we also recycle our fabric scraps to invent new products: this is the case of our favorite Savanah that you (re)discover each season in new colors.
From product to packaging
An approach that we hope will be global
To go further, we have reworked all our packaging. The cotton pouches that preserve your jewelry and our dustbags are 100% recyclable and made of natural cotton.
Our lingerie and jewelry boxes are also made of 100% recyclable paper and cardboard because they are printed with water-based inks.
Finally, all your packages are delivered in recycled and 100% recyclable kraft envelopes with vegetable glue as an adhesive.
