RETURN OF ORDERS
Chichi Castelnango offers a "Satisfied or refunded" guarantee. Are you not completely satisfied with your item? Don't worry, you have 14 working days from receipt of the order to return the item to us and get a refund.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
The following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in perfect condition in their original packaging, with their label, without dirt or deterioration . For lingerie or swimwear, sanitary protection must be intact.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds will be made on the merchandise, excluding the original shipping costs.
Please note that sale items in the "LAST CHANCE" category are not returned but can be exchanged or credited.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Please contact us at hello@chichicastelnango.com specifying your name or order number (available in your customer account) and telling us the items you wish to return.
A member of Chichi Castelnango will respond to you as soon as possible and send you a return form.
- Simply fill out the return form
- Place the item(s) in sturdy packaging (especially for jewelry that can be damaged during transport)
- Print and attach the return form to your shipment
Returned items without name, order number or return form cannot be processed.

The package must reach us directly at our premises and not at a Relay Point, in which case your return unfortunately cannot be processed.
We advise you to keep proof of deposit of packages provided by your carrier. In the absence of this, no refund can be made if there is a loss of package.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer (between €1.95 and €3 by registered letter).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Upon receipt of the package at our workshop, you will be reimbursed within 5 to 10 working days.
EXCHANGE OF ORDERS
Love your item but feel it's not the right size?
No problem! Exchanges are possible.
To do this, write to us at hello@chichicastelnango.com specifying the item you wish to exchange.
Do not hesitate to ask our customer service for advice on choosing your size.
If the size you want is still in stock, you will then need to return the item that did not fit to the following address:

HOW MUCH DOES AN EXCHANGE COST?
The shipping of the item to our workshop is at your expense. The return of the exchanged item to your delivery address is paid by us.
