Please note that the preparation of your order by our warehouse requires 24 hours (working days) .

Once shipped, it will be delivered to you according to the delivery method selected. Find all our options below:

  • Relay Point (Mondial Relay – 3 to 5 working days): €4.50 (free from €120)
  • Standard (Colissimo – 3 to 4 working days): €6 (free from €120)
  • Express (Chronopost – 24 to 48 hours working days): €15
  • In-store collection (Chichi Castelnango – within 1 working day): Free

Belgium & Luxembourg

  • Standard (Colissimo – 3 to 4 working days): €8 (free from €200)

RETURN OF ORDERS


Chichi Castelnango offers a "Satisfied or your money back" guarantee. Not completely satisfied with your item? Don't worry, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt to return the item and receive a refund.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

The following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in perfect condition in their original packaging, with their label, without dirt or deterioration . For lingerie or swimwear, sanitary protection must be intact.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds will be made on the merchandise, excluding the original shipping costs.

Please note that sale items in the "LAST CHANCE" category are not returned but may be exchanged or credited.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN?


Please contact us at hello@chichicastelnango.com , specifying your name or order number (available in your customer account) and telling us which items you wish to return.

A member of Chichi Castelnango will respond to you as soon as possible and send you a return form.

  • Simply fill out the return form
  • Place the item(s) in sturdy packaging (especially for jewelry which can be damaged during transport)
  • Print and attach the return form to your shipment

Returned items without a name, order number or return form cannot be processed.

We leave it up to you to choose your carrier for the return.

The package must arrive directly at our premises and not at a Relay Point, in which case your return unfortunately cannot be processed.

We recommend that you keep proof of delivery provided by your carrier. If you do not provide proof of delivery, no refund will be issued if the package is lost.

Returns are the customer's responsibility (between €1.95 and €3 for tracked mail).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK?

Upon receipt of the package at our workshop, you will be reimbursed within 5 to 10 working days.

EXCHANGE OF ORDERS


Love your item but feel it's not the right size?
No problem! Exchanges are possible.
To do this, write to us at hello@chichicastelnango.com specifying the item you wish to exchange.
Do not hesitate to ask our customer service for advice on choosing your size.


If the size you want is still in stock, you will then need to return the item that did not fit to the following address:

Please fill in your choice of sizes and items AND your order number or order name on a blank sheet of paper.
Returned items without a name or order number cannot be processed or exchanged.

HOW MUCH DOES AN EXCHANGE COST?

Shipping the item to our workshop is your responsibility. Returning the exchanged item to your delivery address is our responsibility.
